Wagy, flows, channels, map and team Telegram
Wagy sets things up with you, Today, Inbox and Work with a map, actions, flows with conditions, WebChat and Telegram, web knowledge and pauses.
New
- Public service status (prepared): an independent page will show API, panel and website availability, incident history and when recent information is unavailable. Publication is pending activation by the team.
- Notifications with a bell and push: a bell in the panel tells you in real time when a conversation needs attention, a task is assigned to you, an unassigned one is waiting for someone to take it, a channel goes down, the AI is paused or its quota runs out, there is possible spam, or Wagy has a suggestion. Each person chooses in My account what they receive and where (panel, push, Telegram or email), with quiet hours and an optional daily summary; the owner decides in Settings who receives the project's alerts. Push works on your phone and in the browser (on iPhone, with the panel added to the home screen).
- Branded emails: team invitations, the waitlist confirmation, notices and the daily summary by email now go out with the Fiuit design, in your language. If an address bounces or marks the email as spam, we stop writing to it to protect delivery.
- Menu reorganized and one page per channel: More is now organized into Business, Channels, Automation, Settings and My account. Each channel (WhatsApp, Web chat and Telegram) has its own page with the connection, pause, bot rules, channel health and a quick test. Hours has its own screen. In My account you can sync your own calendar (Google, Apple or Outlook), any resource with a schedule has its iCal link, and each resource shows its type (Person, Room, Zone…).
- Wagy, the setup assistant: tell it what your business does and it proposes services, schedules and flows. You review the plan, confirm it and can undo it.
- Today, Inbox and Work: the team day, the conversations and all the work in a new navigation. Work can be seen as a list, a calendar or a map, with the same filters.
- Map with Google and dark mode: tasks with an address show on the map, and a courier only sees an approximate zone until they take the delivery.
- Actions with effects: take, release and close a task with an outcome (completed, absent, refused, cancelled), with a form per service and rules by role.
- Configurable actions with effects: messages, team alerts and rescheduling: each task button can message the customer on their channel, alert the team on Telegram, WhatsApp or email, move the task to later, to tomorrow or to a day you pick, and trigger a rule. Each business can also have its own stages per service, which always count in filters and statistics as the same base state.
- Flows with conditions: waits, decisions and alerts, with ready-made examples per industry that you install in one click and a condition tester before you turn them on.
- WebChat with required details and per-channel policy: ask for phone and email before chatting, set a reply cap and offer to continue on WhatsApp or by email.
- Customer Telegram: connect your business bot and also answer on Telegram, with the same assistant and the same schedule.
- Team Telegram: alerts for assigned and unowned tasks and reminders, and the My day Mini App to open your day without logging in to the dashboard.
- Knowledge base from the web: import a page, a whole section of your site or CSV, JSON and RSS listings, with a clear reason when a source fails.
- Address autocomplete and shared location: customers can share their location on WhatsApp, Telegram or the web chat, always with their consent.
- Channel and AI pauses: pause a channel or the AI of the whole project with a notice for your customers, and resume whenever you want.
- Automatic pause for spam or abuse: if a contact sends too many messages in a short time, the bot goes quiet in that conversation (messages still reach the Inbox, it is flagged for attention and you get a notification) and comes back by itself, or sooner with “Reactivate bot”. If the project fires too many AI calls within a few minutes, the AI pauses itself to protect your spend and you resume it. Set it up in AI usage; it never pauses the whole channel.
- Status and AI usage: a screen with the status of each channel and another with the project AI consumption.
- Several projects and support: a switcher to change business, and platform support access only when you allow it.
- Your website chat remembers the conversation across pages: if the visitor reloads or goes to another page, they pick up where they left off and see the replies that arrived meanwhile; they can start fresh with New conversation.
- Service zones: group your team by zone (neighborhoods, cities or postal codes), with their own days and hours, for example the North Zone on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9 to 6, and a limit of tasks per slot. Each task gets its zone from its address, the bot offers only the days of the customer's zone, and unclaimed tasks are announced only to the people who serve that zone. Anything outside every zone shows up under Needs your attention.
Improvements
- Wagend is now Fiuit: we changed our name. The site lives at fiuit.com, the panel moves to app.fiuit.com and the API to api.fiuit.com; emails are sent from no-reply@fiuit.com and replies reach hola@fiuit.com. The previous addresses (wagend.app) keep working during the transition and redirect to the new ones, and your data, API keys and connections do not change. The web chat on your site now shows "powered by Fiuit" at the bottom.
- New brand: Fiuit gets a new logo (a bubble with one square corner and an accent dot, with the name set in Nunito) and a midnight blue and mint palette, light and dark, on the site, the panel and the installed app. The brand resources page has the new logo, the palette and five more palettes kept for reference.
- Palette per project and eleven themes: in Settings → Business → Project appearance, the owner or manager picks the color palette for the whole team from eleven (including the classic indigo from before), with a preview; it applies instantly to everyone. Each person still picks light, dark or automatic mode in the panel (top bar and My account → Appearance). With no choice, the panel uses the Plum palette. On the site, the selector lets you try all eleven. The mode is remembered in your browser.
- Simpler menu: one entry per section. Channels, Automation and Settings (and Platform, for the Fiuit team) now open with tabs inside: Channels has Overview, WhatsApp, Web chat and Telegram; Automation has Bot, Rules and Flows. On desktop, My account is on your avatar at the bottom of the menu; on mobile it stays in More.
- Wagy knows where you are: when you say "this customer", "this service" or "this", Wagy uses what is on your screen (shown above the field as "Viewing: …", and you can remove it). If it is unclear which one you mean, it asks before proposing a change.
- Customers: a customer has a single phone number and can be searched by name, phone or email.
- Customer editor with a pencil: edit the customer's details from anywhere with the pencil next to their name (profile, task, conversation, New task and the Customers list). One form with name, phone, email, address, tags and notes.
- Bot simulator: the booking card shows the real status (held, confirmed, expired).
- Dark-mode map and project switcher: easier to read on mobile and with fewer steps.
- Site and docs up to date: new Tools, Businesses and For developers pages, and step-by-step guides for every topic in
/docs. - More compact headers on your phone: Inbox, Today, Work and Calendar leave more room for your list and your schedule.
- The web chat works well with the phone keyboard: the header and close button stay in view when the keyboard opens.
- Brand resources: a page in the site footer with the Fiuit logos, the Wagy mascot and brand colors to download (SVG, PNG and a ZIP with everything).
- App start-up with Wagy and fewer blank screens: opening the installed panel on your phone now shows the Fiuit logo instead of a white screen (dark mode included), and long loads show Wagy with short messages; if something takes too long she looks worried and lets you try again. If an update leaves the old app blank, it reloads by itself.
- Clearer channel health: it now separates messages received from messages sent (and how many the bot wrote), ignores system notices and failed sends, and shows dates in your business time zone.
